Coaching is an extremely powerful approach to developing and/or supporting people.

It is appropriate in a variety of situations, but not always the answer.

There is a lot of misunderstanding over coaching, our coaching is results driven and only delivered by qualified coaches.

Executive Coaching

The higher up an organisation an individual is the more isolated they can feel. A coaching relationship is often one of the few opportunities an executive gets to:

  • Float new ideas
  • Discuss fears and concerns (business and personal)
  • Be challenged and supported
  • Try out new approaches
  • Learn and develop

In the first instance we look to work with an executive over a 3 month period with agreed specific objectives.

Talent Development Coaching

Many companies have identified young talent in their organisation, people who have the potential to progress through the organisation. It is often beneficial to align a coach to each individual to speed up the development process, perhaps linked to a management or leadership training programme.

Performance Management and Development Coaching

This is designed to work on specific areas of development for an individual. It could be linked to an assessment centre, a 360 feedback process or an appraisal/performance review process.

Private Client coaching

Many people want to develop themselves inside or outside of work. They may want to change behaviour, obtain clarity about something or gain more confidence. Coaching can often be a very powerful way of achieving sustainable change in a totally private and confidential environment.

Follow Up Coaching

If training is not followed through it is less effective and change is likely to be less sustainable. Coaching is proven to be effective in reinforcing the learning from training programmes. Following attendance of the training, coaches are assigned to each delegate to build and drive their agreed actions from the workshop.
